Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home care services that improve clients’ quality of life:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders and companionship
- Support daily living activities and promote independence
- Deliver compassionate care in a variety of home settings
Caregiver Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required—we provide training for qualified Caregiver candidates
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency exam, background check, and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and a caring, dependable personality
- A genuine passion for helping others as a professional Caregiver
