Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour (depending on experience and certification)

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity at home
- Work one-on-one in clients’ homes with flexible shifts based on availability
Caregiver Requirements:
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required—we will train the right Caregiver
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care
- A passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships as a Caregiver
