Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide quality senior care and personal care services in Spokane County. We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Caregivers for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Pay: Competitive pay $20–$22 per hour (depending on experience and certification)

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Personal Caregiver / In-Home Caregiver, you will:
  • Provide personal care services such as:
    • Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
  • Assist with daily living and household tasks:
    • Light housework and laundry
    • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
    • Medication reminders
  • Offer companionship and emotional support:
    • Conversation, supervision, and social engagement
    • Accompaniment to appointments or errands (as needed)
  • Work primarily in clients’ homes, with varying shift times and activities based on client needs
Caregiver Job Requirements

  • Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required
    • We pay for your HCA training if you are new to caregiving
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass:
    • Written competency evaluation
    • Drug screen
    • Nationwide background check
  • Honest, reliable, energetic, and caring
  • A genuine passion for helping seniors and individuals who need support at home
